Power-up Sequence
1. Apply VSS = -3.3V
2. Apply VDD = +3.3V
3. Apply Control Voltage to V1 and V2
(0V = Low, +3.3V = High)
4. Apply the RF input signal

Power-down Sequence
1. Turn off the RF input signal
2. Adjust V1 and V2 to 0V
3. Adjust VSS to 0V
4. Adjust VDD to 0V
