Pin Bridges
(4) The XM-PB2 is an innovative solderless RF grounding and shielding device to optimize the transition from an X-MWblock RF Launch to a Pin coming thru a housing wall.The Pin Bridge achieves two important goals:
- It bridges the ground from the top side coplanar launch to the housing wall.
- The grounded tunnel over the RF Pin extending thru the wall over the board effectively controls the fringing fields caused by the launch discontinuity.
